We assemble BGA, LGA, QFN, QFP, DIP, SIP.., The smallest SMT footprint we can mount is 0201. Our factory can also provide programming, Wiring as well as injecting and conformal coating services. Our Assembly factory has ISO9001 Certifications, For bare PCB manufacture we also have ISO and UL certifications., So OurPCB is very capable of handling / Producing high quality assembly projects that meet today¡¯s high quality standards.
